There was no genocide in Srebrenica

The image of Srebrenica tells us more about the reality of the majority of the media and of course the “Muslim victim card” is being used in order to cleanse the Bosniak Muslims. After all, from enslaving Orthodox Christians during their brotherly love with the Turkish slave masters of the Ottoman Empire to having Muslim SS units who supported Adolf Hitler; then “victimhood” is needed in order to justify their history and culture…What happened in Srebrenica does not remotely resemble “genocide” as the term is understood by most people. It’s a huge stretch to argue that killing enemy soldiers and military aged men in the context of a three-year-old civil war that had victims on both sides is an act of “genocide” comparable to the wholesale slaughters of civilians that have characterized the Holocaust and every other genocide you could name…

In Srebrenica at least 80% of the Bosnian-Muslim population survived the fall of the town to Bosnian-Serb troops and the vast majority of the dead were military personnel, compare that to the Holocaust where in places like Poland and Estonia over 90% of the Jews were killed by the Nazis, or to Rwanda where nearly 75% of the Tutsi population was killed by Hutu fighters in 1994. What happened in Srebrenica is nowhere close to being in the same league…What happened in Srebrenica was a war crime far more comparable to the 2001 Dasht-i-Leili massacre in Afghanistan than it is to anything that happened during the Holocaust…

In Srebrenica the question is how many people were executed and why?…This statement is important because the Muslim General, Sefer Halilovic, confirms that you had at least 5,500 Bosnian Muslim Army soldiers in Srebrenica. More important, these fighters had slaughtered more than 3,500 Christians prior to the fall of Srebrenica and this applies to young children, women and the elderly in surrounding villages. The On February 12 in 2004 at The Hague Tribunal Philippe Morillon testified that Bosnian Muslim forces under Naser Oric “engaged in attacks during Orthodox (Christian) holidays and destroyed villages, massacring all the inhabitants. This created a degree of hatred that was quite extraordinary in the region.” Philippe Morillon is clearly commenting about the massacres of thousands of Orthodox Christians who were killed in the surrounding region. This applies to Christians being burnt alive, beheaded and so forth.It is clear that the Bosnian Muslim forces and Srebrenica is not the “innocent Muslim lamb” which is being told; on the contrary “Srebrenica was a fortified Islamic stronghold which butchered and slaughtered innocent Orthodox Christians in the surrounding region…

“I met him in January, 1994, in his own home in Serb-surrounded Srebrenica.On a cold and snowy night, I sat in his living room watching a shocking video version of what might have been called Nasir Oric‟s Greatest Hits.There were burning houses, dead bodies, severed heads, and people fleeing.Oric grinned throughout, admiring his handiwork.„We ambushed them,‟ he said when a number of dead Serbs appeared on the screen.The next sequence of dead bodies had been done in by explosives: „We launched those guys to the moon,‟ he boasted.When footage of a bullet-marked ghost town appeared without any visible bodies,Oric hastened to announce: „We killed 114 Serbs there.‟Later there were celebrations, with singers with wobbly voices chanting his praises.”(“Fearsome Muslim warlord eludes Bosnian Serb forces,” by Bill Schiller, TheToronto Star, July 16, 1995.).Neither these nor other, much more graphic and direct witness testimonies, were deemed sufficient by the ICTY to convict Oric….

Something happened in Srebrenica, but there’s certainly no evidence to suggest that it was genocide.The 8,000 figure was given by the Red Cross back in July 1995 based on crude and unverified estimates of 3,000 captured by the Bosnian Serbs plus 5,000 initially claimed to be “missing.” It was very soon recognized by the Red Cross and other observers that several thousand of the “missing” had escaped to Bosnian Muslim lines and to Yugoslavia itself, and that several thousand more were almost surely killed in fighting. But that 8,000 number withstood not only this needed correction, but also the fact that fewer than 3,000 bodies were found in the Srebrenica area,with an unknown but probably large fraction killed in the savage July 1995 fighting or earlier. Belated claims of reburials lack plausibility, and run into the problem that although Madeleine Albright warned the Serbs that “We will be watching you,” no satellite photos have ever been displayed publicly showing digging, burying, or trucks moving bodies. In short, the stable figure of 8,000 rests on a propaganda need that has sustained a politically convenient myth-inflation, supported by the combination of NATO officials, the mainstream media, and the ICTY….

None of the forensic evidence cited by the ICTY judgment even begins to support its conclusion that between 7,000 and 8,000 men were executed. Forensic investigators had only exhumed 2,028 bodies when the judgment was handed down. The judges could not have known how the remaining 5,000 to 6,000 persons whose remains had not been found, and for whom no post-mortem forensic investigation had been done, had died or even if they were all dead at all…Between 1996 and 2001 a team of investigators led by Australian forensic scientist Dean Manning was employed by the ICTY to exhume graves thought to be associated with the Srebrenica massacre. The team discovered 448 blindfolds and 423 ligatures among the bodies exhumed from the gravesites. They determined that 1,785 individuals died of gunshot wounds, 169 died of probable or possible gunshot wounds, 67 died of Shrapnel wounds or blast injuries, 11 died of gunshot and blast injuries, 6 died of other causes (trauma, suffocation, etc.), and 1441 died of undetermined causes. ..In the ICTY judgment in the case of Bosnian Serb general Zdravko Tolimir, the figure of “4,970 victims” is given (Appeals Judgment, par. 426).So, no more 8000 killed!…

Major-general Lewis MacKenzie, the first commander of UN peacekeeping forces in Sarajevo:“ Evidence given at The Hague war crimes tribunal casts serious doubt on the figure of “up to” 8,000 Bosnian Muslims massacred. That figure includes “up to” 5,000 who have been classified as missing. More than 2,000 bodies have been recovered in and around Srebrenica, and they include victims of the three years of intense fighting in the area. The math just doesn’t support the scale of 8,000 killed.”…ICTY expert witness Richard Butler has estimated that about 2,000 Bosnian muslim fighters were killed; Portuguese officer and UN observer Carlos Martins Branco also estimates 2,000 Bosnian Muslim fighters killed…

American Philip Corwin, the highest ranked UN civil official on the ground in Bosnia-Herzegovina in July 1995, has consistently claimed over the years that “700-800” people were executed in the vicinity of Srebrenica at that time…Ibran Mustafic, a Bosnian Muslim official from Srebrenica, has stated that about 1,000 people were killed in internecine battles during their withdrawal from Srebrenica in July 1995.In his book, “Srebrenica Testifies and Accuses” (1994, pp. 190-244), commander of the Muslim forces in Srebrenica, Naser Oric published the names of 1,333 men from the supposedly demilitarized Srebrenica enclave who were killed in battles prior to the fall of Srebrenica in July 1995, when Oric‟s units regularly launched murderous raids on surrounding Serb villages. Yet, many of these have been classified and buried as “genocide victims.”….

However, there are statements by certain Bosnian Muslims who deny the official version. One of them is Mirsad Tokaca, president of the Research and Documentation Center in Sarajevo (capital of Bosnia and Hercegovina). He claimed that there is 500 live Srebrenica muslims on the memorial plague number, while an additional 70 people were killed in other places at other times…In the book “War Crimes,” from German researcher and analyst Jürgen Elzner, the manipulation of the number of victims in Srebrenica is confirmed. “The Srebrenica case needs to be fully investigated and removed the anathema of responsibility from the Serbs for genocide. It is indisputable that crimes in Srebrenica occurred and that the perpetrators should be brought to justice. However, there was no genocide in Srebrenica, as proved by the Institute for War Documentation of the Netherlands, stating that there was no planning of crimes at the top of the Republica Srpska politics and army, and that the majority of the victims were members of the 28th Muslim Division during the break of hoop, ” writes in the book..

Efraim Zuroff, Director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and certainly a leading authority on what constitutes genocide, had this to say about the Srebrenica “genocide” qualification in June 2015, in a statement given to the Belgrade daily Politika:“As far as I know, what happened there does not fit the description or definition of genocide and I think that the decision to call this genocide was adopted for political reasons.”…The only crime committed by Ratko Mladic was to fight to defend his Serbian Christian people in Bosnia from the Jihad of Nazi (real Nazi from 1940 to 45) Izetbegovic and his SDA gangsters…

The ICTY is a political tool bought and paid for by NATO.All you have to do is listen to the NATO officials and the situation becomes clear. Jamie Shea gave a press conference during the NATO aggression where he explained that “NATO countries are those that have provided the finance to set up the Tribunal, we are amongst the majority financiers … let me assure [you] that we and the Tribunal are all one.”….This ICTY service was based on structural facts: the institution was created by the NATO powers, with the United States in the lead; it was funded heavily by these powers and closely allied NGOs (Soros’s Open Society Institute); it was staffed with NATO country personnel, often seconded to the ICTY, and its high officials were vetted by NATO-power leaders; and it depended on NATO for information and police service. But this meant that NATO itself would be exempt from “justice,” and that it would be difficult to bring to justice NATO clients, even if they committed crimes similar to or even worse than those committed by Serbs…

It is notable that the ICTY has never called Operation Storm, the August 1995 Croatian ethnic cleansing of some 250,000 Krajina Serbs, “genocide,” although in that case many women and children were killed and the ethnic cleansing applied to a larger area and larger victim population than in Srebrenica. It was also preceded by an earlier series of Croatian army attacks, first on the Serbian villages of Medak, Citluk and Divoselo in the UN- protected Krajina region back in 1993, in which a hundred or more unarmed civilians were slaughtered, and then in the brutal ethnic cleansing trial run for Operation Storm with “Operation Flash” carried out in Western Slavonia in May 1995 with many hundreds killed. There was no ICTY response to any of these major death-dealing operations, even though a UN dossier was submitted to the ICTY that described the 1993 crimes.
